Who’s afraid of the big bad Cutters?

The Diamond Cutters on Monday extended their winning streak to three, out of three games, when the fearful Hubs didn’t even turn up to face the imposing Cutters outfit, complete with new uniforms. The resulting ‘All-star’ match with the remaining Hubs (Poppadom, Sticks) and some other division players, was really one for the fans, as the Cutters put on some good ol’ ShowTime. Wong ‘Tong’ prophesied his hook shot, Yoch ‘the Experience’ tried to dunk it (almost there, folks), and passes were going everywhere. In the end, the score was forgotten as all players played the game in the spirit it was originally envisaged to be played in, for fun.

For all intents and purposes, though not counting toward the final vote tally, J-Wong took the MVP with his impressive performance on both ends, banking about 8 in the process. Yoch, despite a rough game, netted 15 points, and went so far as to declare who next week’s winners will be, "Aw, man. Ye of little faith. We 4 reel this year. Fair reporter, spell that with a number 4 and a double ‘e’ for real, please."

No technical or flagrant fouls were registered against Kepler this game.
