DIAMOND CUTTERS vs. F.A.T.
9:45pm @Marden Superdome
The Cutters
take on arch-nemisis F.A.T. on Monday night, and they will take with
them a famous philosophy hoping to get their first win of the season
to get the monkey off their back. The Cutters on numerous occassions
have played F.A.T. on numerous occassions, and according to the
coach, have also seen them bleed on just as many. Hence the
philosophy made famous by Arnie in Predator "If it bleeds, we can
kill it" will be employed by the Cutters.
The Cutters will
be hoping Tim can return to the line-up, and for Wong to suit up for
his first game this season. They will also be relying on Ben
'Fergie' and Yoch 'Dr. J' to again assert their dominance. PG
K-Epp will be required to boost his performance, Scott to don a
headband, and Dave to reach the potential we often catch glimpses
of. A little controversy also surrounds this match, as during the
week one small Cutters PG, we won't name who, was quoted as saying
to the press "I(m)...too...good...for... this...[team]. We'll have
to wait and see what eventuates of the situation on Monday
night.
