The Winter season of MARS Basketball starts up again this Monday, with the brand-schpankin’ new-look Cutters taking on expansion team and historic arch-rivals Stojkovic. The Cutters will be hoping to make an indelible impression on the newcomers and on the league, giving all a sign that the Cutters are for real this season.

Dave ‘the stupefier’ Levene expressed "Last season people thought DC was all hype, no results, but this season we aim to cut down on all the hype and just promote the franchise as one who just love the game of basketball and who want to win. We’re keeping it real." The hard-bitten Kep sees this game as an opportunity, "It’s a first step to winning the championship, and have no doubts about it – that’s what we’re going to do this season."
